How to replace the copper sleeve of the crusher more conveniently

1. Replacement of eccentric copper sleeve
Put the eccentric sleeve upside down and take out the copper sleeve. Before installing the eccentric sleeve copper sleeve, check whether the inner hole of the eccentric sleeve has broken marks, whether the surface is clean, and whether the size is accurate. If there are special circumstances, it should be dealt with in time. Note that when casting and locking the packing, the temperature of the eccentric sleeve and the copper sleeve should be about 70 degrees, and the oil hole must be aligned to ensure that it is correct.

2. Replacement of moving cone copper sleeve
In the case of ensuring that the inner hole of the moving cone is not damaged, the copper sleeve of the moving cone can be sawed off, or it can be directly accelerated and pulled out with dry ice cooling. When it needs to be cooled with dry ice, the cooling time is not less than two hours, so that the cooling can be sufficient, and then a flat gasket must be used when lifting the copper sleeve with its lifting ring, so as to ensure that the edge of the copper sleeve and the bottom edge of the moving cone are parallel.
3. Replacement of horizontal shaft copper sleeve
The outer copper sleeve can be taken out through the self-made pull-out device, but the inner copper sleeve needs to be removed by hammering with the center rod device. After taking out, it is necessary to check whether the size of the inner hole of the axle frame is standard and reasonable.
