How often should the grinding rollers of the pulverizer be replaced

Grinding refers to the minimum distance between the roller surfaces of the two grinding rollers. The particle size of the material to be crushed can be well controlled by controlling the jogging. The purpose of loosening the gate is to avoid friction and collision between the two footed rollers rotating in opposite directions at high speed. The gap should be enlarged, which is formed when the pulverizer is empty. When the grinding equipment is loaded, in order to achieve the grinding effect, the distance between the two rollers should be adjusted to the rolling distance, which is called closing.

However, general pulverizers require that the operation of the opening and closing of the feeder be linked. When there is material, the feeding mechanism is moved first through the material sensor, the material door is opened, and the material enters between the two rollers before closing. When the material is cut off, the brake should be released first, and then the feeder should be stopped and the material door should be closed. This will not only prevent the two grinding rollers from colliding to produce sparks and cause dust explosion, but also avoid the wear on the surface of the toothed rollers.
Friction is unavoidable when the pulverizer is working. As time goes by, the grinding roller will gradually become thinner. If the wall thickness of the grinding roller is less than 10mm, the superfine pulverizer will be automatically scrapped. Under normal circumstances, if the service time of the grinding roller reaches 500 hours, it needs to be replaced in time, and the roller sleeve device must be cleaned in time. If it is not found in time and replaced in time, the grinding roller will be severely worn and become irregular oval, which will increase the noise and vibration of the machine, and the fineness of the finished material particles to be ground is also very high.
