2. Use the lifting device to lift, then loosen the spring at one end of the horizontal pull rod, pull the movable jaw to the direction of the fixed jaw, and take out the thrust plate. When taking out the rear thrust plate, the connecting rod should be pulled apart together with the front thrust plate and movable jaw, and then the rear thrust plate should be taken out. (Generally, steel wire ropes are used to pass through the opening on the foundation, and the movable jaw or the movable jaw and the connecting rod are pulled apart from the front wall of the jaw crusher by the manual winch used to disassemble the thrust plate. Before pulling apart, in order to ensure The ore discharge port is at the maximum state, and the connecting rod should be placed at the bottom position.)

3. After the thrust plate is removed, the thin oil lubricating oil pipe and cooling water pipe should be cut off in time.
4. Use the bracket prop under the connecting rod, then remove the connecting rod cover and call out the connecting rod.
5. Remove the main shaft, pulley, flywheel and V-belt. (In general, in order to remove the V-belt conveniently, move the motor as close as possible to the crusher along the slide rail, and then lift the shaft with a crane.)
6. When disassembling the movable jaw, you must first cut off the dry oil lubricating oil pipe, remove the bearing cover, and then pull out the movable jaw with a crane or other lifting equipment.
