Production capacity

The company primarily focuses on manufacturing metallurgical, mining, building materials, power plant, and grinding & crushing equipment, along with their respective spare parts. Additionally, it produces a wide range of high-, medium-, and low-alloy steel castings, high-manganese steel castings, as well as copper alloy centrifugal and sand-cast components, with an annual production capacity of approximately 10,000 tons.

Cast iron parts can weigh up to a maximum of 20 tons each, while cast steel parts can reach a maximum weight of up to 10 tons each.

The company’s main production equipment includes one 0.5-ton, one 3-ton, and one 10-ton medium-frequency furnace, four 10-ton centrifugal casting machines, two heat treatment kilns, and one 20-ton resin sand production line. For machining, the facility is equipped with three 1.6-meter vertical lathes, two 2.5-meter vertical lathes, and one each of 3.5-meter, 5-meter, and 8-meter CNC vertical lathes. Additionally, there are three HB-3000E benchtop hardness testers, one 160-ton, one 200-ton, and one 220-ton boring machine, a single 2.5×8-meter gantry milling machine, two C6110 horizontal lathes, two 80-ton radial drilling machines, and around 20 other versatile machining tools—all capable of handling workpieces up to a maximum lifting capacity of 75 tons. The company also boasts advanced physicochemical testing equipment, including an SPECTRO direct-reading spectrometer, an HB-3000E desktop hardness tester, a metallographic microscope, a USM36 ultrasonic flaw detector, and an MP6768 magnetic particle inspector—making it a first-class city-level physicochemical testing facility.
