Common faults and solutions of crushers in daily life

1. The temperature of the main bearing is too high. It may be that the grease is insufficient, so you need to add an appropriate amount of grease; if the grease is polluted, you need to replace the grease after cleaning the bearing; if the bearing is damaged, you need to replace the bearing.
2. The size of the discharge is too large. It may be that the broken teeth are excessively worn, so the broken teeth need to be replaced or surfacing; the edge teeth are worn or fallen off, and then replaced.
3. The vibration of the crusher is increased. It may be that the bearing is damaged and needs to be replaced; the gear coupling is damaged and needs to be replaced;

4. Reduced processing power or lack of power. If the hydraulic coupler leaks, then add a fixed amount of No. 22 turbine oil or No. 6 hydraulic transmission oil. If the coupler is broken, it needs to be replaced; if the feeding is uneven, adjust the feeding.
5. Can not automatically reverse. If the sensor is installed incorrectly or damaged, adjust or replace the sensor; if the sensor lead or wiring is loose, connect the lead or tighten the wiring.
6. The sensor protection system fails. If the proximity switch is damaged or the wiring in the electric control cabinet is loose, it is necessary to replace the added switch or connect the wiring according to the wiring diagram.
