Shenyang Gongda, with years of experience in producing high quality copper alloys products, has developed unique ways of manufacturing different copper alloy products used on all types of crushers. 

This type of bushing is widely used on Multi Cylinder Hydraulic Crusher. Shenyang Gongda can produce it with vertical centrifugal casting method, which can both avoid casting defects and improve its mechanical properties. 

The material for the bushing is C93700 or ZCuPb10Sn10. Due to the high density of Lead(Pb), normal casting method will most likely cause material segregation after casting, which will reduce the properties and shorten the lifetime, eventually leading to failure of the part. 

After many years of experiment and research, Shenyang Gongda has successfully developed a way to produce this type of bushing with material C93700 or ZCuPb10Sn10. Not only it can avoid the material segregation, but also it will reach a production yield rate of nearly 95%.
