Our company has achieved new breakthroughs in both the market development and production of wear-resistant material components.

In 2005 and early 2006, our company achieved significant breakthroughs in both the market development and production of wear-resistant materials. In 2005, we produced over 2,600 tons of wear-resistant materials (including the Nihard series and high-chromium series). Among these products, wear-resistant components such as grinding rollers and mill liners for cement raw material vertical mills and coal mills (medium-speed mills) have been widely distributed across China. Additionally, our wear-resistant products have been exported to countries and regions like Japan and Australia. Notably, their key performance indicators—specifically, a hardness of HRC 64±2—and their service life now meet the standards of imported wear-resistant parts from abroad. At the same time, our prices remain significantly lower than those of imported spare parts, delivering substantial cost savings and tangible economic benefits to our customers.

Company News

As of November 20, 2004, our company’s wear-resistant products have surpassed an actual production volume of 2,000 tons. Among these, wear-resistant components for cement raw material mills account for approximately 60%, while those for medium-speed (coal) mills make up about 25%, with the remaining 15% covering other applications. Additionally, the high-chromium cast iron series accounts for roughly 65% of the wear-resistant materials, and the hard nickel series comprises around 30%.
