The specific principle of cone crusher

Cone crushers are widely used in mining crushing, metallurgy, chemical industry, construction, construction waste recycling, sand and gravel production, cement and other industries. Cone crusher has high crushing efficiency, low maintenance cost and automatic control of production process. It can be used for medium and fine crushing of high-hardness materials, and can meet different production process requirements. It has become the mainstream crushing equipment in the mining industry.

Single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushing working principle The motor drives the small bevel gear to rotate through the motor wheel, the belt and the pulley, and the small bevel gear drives the large bevel gear to rotate, so that the eccentric sleeve rotates. At this time, the main shaft drive cone installed in the eccentric sleeve moves with the rotation of the eccentric sleeve, so that the crushing wall is sometimes close to the rolling wall and sometimes away from the rolling wall, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing the material. When the unbreakable foreign objects pass through the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the hydraulic insurance system realizes the insurance, the moving cone moves down, and the exhaust port is added to discharge the foreign objects from the crushing chamber.
