Good impact resistance
Wear liner is low carbon steel or low alloy. Tough materials such as stainless steel, prove the superiority of bimetals, the wear resistance of the wear layer is moderate wear and the substrate medium load, resulting in good impact resistance. Can withstand high head hopper and other effects and wear on conveyor systems.
Good heat resistance
The wear-resistant layer is recommended to be used under the working conditions of 600 ℃ or less, if a vanadium alloy layer is added, such as a molybdenum alloy, it can withstand high temperature losses of 800 ℃ or less. The recommended temperatures are as follows: ordinary carbon steel substrates are recommended for wear-resistant plates not higher than 380°C; low-alloy heat-resistant steel plates are recommended for bases not higher than 540°C; heat-resistant stainless steel substrates are recommended for use at temperatures not higher than 800°C use.
Strong applicability
Specifications for high-hardness surfacing wear-resistant linings are completed, and many varieties have become commodity series. The thickness of the wear-resistant alloy layer is 3 ~ 20 mm.The thickness of the composite coating is 6 mm, the thickness of which is infinite. At present, standard high-hardness surfacing wear-resistant linings can provide 1200 or 1450 x 2000 mm, and can also be customized according to user requirements and drawings. High-hardness surfacing wear-resistant linings are divided into ordinary, impact-resistant and high-temperature, and three order types of high-temperature wear-resistant and impact-resistant composite plates are explained.
