Third, it is strictly forbidden to put metal blocks into the vertical mill. If necessary, an iron remover can be installed before the raw materials are fed into the mill to prevent metal substances from falling into the vertical mill and damaging the relevant spare parts.
Fourth, replace the wearing parts in time. During maintenance, the movable casing can be opened, and the vulnerable parts can be replaced in time; the main shaft must be turned before starting the machine to check whether there is any abnormal sound in the machine. If any problem is found, it should be dealt with in time, and the equipment cannot be run with disease.
