(1) Carefully check the clearance between Crusher Eccentric Bushing and the straight bushing of the frame, as well as the upper and lower clearance between the main shaft and its bushing, because the clearance is too large or too small will cause abnormal operation of the machine and damage to a certain extent equipment.

(2) The clearance between Crusher Eccentric Bushing and straight bushing is consistent up and down. The gap between the main shaft and the shaft sleeve should meet the requirements of balanced contact between them to ensure the normal swing of the eccentric shaft. These gaps should be installed in strict accordance with the design scheme.
(3) The gap between the eccentric bushing and the frame bushing is large, and the eccentric bushing always rotates against the straight bushing, so the center of the bevel gear of the cone crusher is divided by the gap between Crusher Eccentric Bushing and the frame bushing. Half is the radius to do a circular motion, so the actual gap value should be too large.
(4) If the backlash between the gears is small, additional loads will be imposed on the gears and the drive shaft.
(5) After Crusher Eccentric Bushing, bevel gear and other components are successfully installed on the frame, the meshing clearance of the gear is measured by pressing the lead or the rotating shaft.
